Rosa Pérez Gregório, from the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry of the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto, is invited to Porto Canal TV in "Mentes que brilham" TV show.

We are now aware of a work by researchers from the University of Porto who are studying the mechanisms by which a diet rich in fruit and vegetables with a high content of polyphenols can help to prevent food allergies.

“It is important to have adequate and always personalized food because each person may have specific needs. In our study we chose national crops...and that is why we collaborate with Horpozim...to use only those vegetables that are produced in the traditional way.”
