The VIIAFOOD Agenda aims to promote the structural transformation of the agri-food sector in line with the designs established in the Sectorial Pact for the Competitiveness and Internationalization of the Agri-Food Sector, through the creation of a platform, on a national scale, for the development of innovative products, processes and services, materializing in a concerted strategic plan, with joint measures and actions oriented towards the common objectives of the Sector. In this way, the VIIAFOOD Agenda intends to reinforce the collaboration between business entities of the Agroindustrial sector, intersectoral companies (of related industries) and non-business entities (ENESII, Associations, and CoLABs) that contribute/can contribute, in a relevant way, to the Agrifood sector, with a view to leveraging the creation of synergies and the transfer of knowledge and technologies, accelerating Research, Development, and Innovation (R&D&I) in the context of the Agrifood sector.
